Here is our tasting room. We converted a old Cadillace Oldsmobile dealership into our distillery. The original sign above the tasting room is 42' X 11'. Our room is still under construction and will update photos when we are done. Entrance The tasting room bar from reclaimed wood grain elevator crib house. I have a 300 gallon setup, natural gas boiler (1 million btu) with basically the same production scheduler hedgebird described. His $450 estimate is pretty accurate. Some months higher, some lower but on average, that's a pretty good budgeting number

Just an FYI to anyone dealing with their state on alcohol laws, this statement is not always true- In Wisconsin, unless it is expressly allowed by regulations you CAN NOT do it!
