  1. Hey Nabtastic, Shoot me an email at chad@artisanstilldesign and I'll see if I can get you sorted out.
  2. Can you give us an idea what your operation looks like and what parts you might want to automate?
  3. If you go to the website you can get the contact info for the salesperson for your state. Or you can email info@artisanstilldesign.com. Or call 251-308-2484.
  4. You're a little behind on the news, Joe. ASD is now manufacturing in the U.S. Thanks for reminding me to mention that on the forum. I'll ask Steve to post an announcement.
  5. ASD put up an ad in For Sale by Vendor that has some detail. JoshGreenDoorDistilling I've sent you a PM.
  6. Artisan Still Design builds continuous stills for use at that size. We have a protype for sale right now. I've sent you a PM.
  7. The company image is also a consideration A moonshine operation may not want the same equipment as a premium vodka producer if tourists are part of the plan.
  8. Can you give some more detail on the fermenters? Brand name?
  9. With sufficient coolant flow and temps it would be possible to just put that wort chiller inline between mash tun and fermenter and do a single pass. Another option is to recirculate the wort back into the mash tun until the exiting wort is at the correct temp and then redirect into the fermenter. My answer was in response to the original question. ASD standard sizes include 150 gallon and 300 gallon systems. For 150 and smaller we find that the mash tun jackets provide enough surface area to cool quickly. For 300 gallon and larger that isn't the case and so we recommend the wort chiller pictured.
  10. Artisan Still Design recommends a wort chiller for batches 300 gallons or larger. It cuts cooling time considerably.
  11. I recently dealt with a distillery changing their location. They found it easier to file for a new DSP.
