  1. Greetings from Canada. Can you please tell me.... what diameter column can be mounted on this pot ? Please send me some pics to ProhibitionUniversity@gmail.com. Also, is the agitator motor single phase or 3 phase ? Malcolm
  2. Greetings from Saskatchewan. Good luck with your plans. Malcolm www.ProhibitionUniversity.com Author of Field to Flask and also The Recipe.
  3. Adam, I recently stumbled upon your Facebook page. I would be interested in getting a bottle of your Vodka so that I can use it in my 5-Day Distillery Workshops. I call myself Prohibition University and I collaborate several time each year to offer 5-Day Workshops through Urban distilleries in Kelowna, BC. At each Workshop we go to great lengths to offer a variety of tastings to class participants. I trust that your Vodka will be available on your website? If people from across Canada at the Workshops taste it and like it, they will be looking to order bottles on-line from you. For more info on who I am, please see my website at www.ProhibitionUniversity.com. For details on our 5-Day Workshops, please see www.UrbanDistilleries.ca.
  4. Skaalvenn, in my personal experience, it is best to add the San Extra around about 55-58 Celcius. I have seldom had trouble in this range. I expect if one adds it much above 60 Celcius, it will denature quickly.
  5. Greetings from Saskatchewan, CANADA. For two years now, I have been collaborating with a Distillery in Kelowna, BC to provide 5-Day, hands-on, Distillery Workshops. We have put over 250 people through our Workshops over the past 2 years. Many people who take the Workshops are simply interested in having a truly unique experience of spending 5 days in a working distillery. Some, however, have gone on to start their own craft distilleries in Canada and the USA. We make sure our course content addresses both the Canada Excise and TTB regulations. To ensure a proper learning environment, all participants are provided with my two books ( Field to Flask and The Recipe) along with copious amounts of supplemental info, much of which I used when prepping for my Distilling Examination through the Institute for Brewing & Distilling in 2014. I am looking forward to these ADI forums and to meeting new people.
