Hi everyone, I was interested in starting a craft brewery and found it a real challenge to find suitable premises in my area.
My wife gave me a eureka moment via her love of gin, after all I had a lot of the base skills and equipment. Less space required for a craft distillery.
It was a small step to start playing around with gin recipes.
I am now in the throws of arranging some focus group sampling sessions which will hopefully lead to our first branding discussions with a view to launching our gin by Q2 this year.
I must say a heartfelt thanks to Odin in particular for his great insights into gin, I look forward to getting production to a point when we can start looking at investing in a 500L iStill.
