Hello: I am located in Northern CA. I have been distilling for about 10 years now. I have just completed the SIPS class {Spirit Institute of Puget Sound} The SIPS class gave me so much hands on training and knowledge that I am very confidant I have what it takes to produce great spirits. I have been passionate about learning everything I can to make a bettor product. Working on grain bills,crack size,protein rest, enzyme's,water ph, back setting, to hone my skills as a fine distiller. I am looking for someone to give me a chance to prove my skills. Instead of buying one you can make your own for a fraction of the cost. Get a full or half size keg for your pot and make up your head and you are ready to go.Chrisl
