  1. Have 10' of 4", type K, copper pipe for sale $350. The pipe is brand new and located in Vancouver, Washington. Serious inquires only can contact me at grcg46@gmail.com.
  2. Get a real estate professional/lawyer to make sure you can use the property for a distillery & all your waste water questions are answered without a questions remaining. It's better to spend a little money now on due diligence than to have something spring up later & bite you in the ass.
  3. IMCA, International Marine Contractors Association. This association of worldwide member commercial diving companies has created a set of safe practice guidelines for commercial diving companies to follow. It is only a set of guidelines and is up to each individual diving company to determine if they will follow them. However, over the years clients, insurers and diving companies have adopted IMCA guideline as the industry standards. A similar set of voluntary best/safe practice operational standards could also be created by an association of craft distillers.
  4. Eastside Distillery has what looks like a 50gal Hillbilly still, and New Deal Distillery has 2 PDA-2 stills on what looks like 100gal boilers. Both are located on Distillery Row in Portland Oregon and produce quality products. The New Deal Distillery "Portland 88" vodka is excellent. It is possible to craft a quality commercially viable product without spending an arm & leg on distilling equipment.
  5. It goes without saying that prepping the floor prior to sealing is very important. Also, if the floor is less than 1 year old moisture is still evaporating from the concrete and will lift any coating that is put down on it.
  6. The link to your condenser photo is no longer working, perchance could you repost the picture? Thanks, Double G
