I have a consultant who works up both breweries and distilleries that lives across the Hudson in downstate, NY.
Let me know your phone # if interested, and I'll give you his.
Good Luck!

Too much gap between inner and outer.
I have a few suppliers I recommend- They're here in the group.
I use them matched to one of my Virga Hybrid Glycol Coolers- saves on overall HP and doubles in the winter replacing the need for chiller HP in the winter.
Depends on where you are, a one or two fan unit will do it.
If you need a Mash cooler, I can send you literature on the Virga System.
Just finished up a large distillery in SC and installing smaller ones in SF and NC using the Virga Mash Coolers for mash and additional cooling in winter along with chiller for stills/fermenters Energy saving
Fine tuning literature on my Virga Mash Cooling System- now I have to wait for photos of a large installation in SC.
Looking at some other wrinkles on heat recovery, too.
Found a bunch of 230 v chillers one of my vendors got in before WuHan.
I guess there is a rush on whiskey like toilet paper?? Everyone is hibernating! I do have some 115V chillers I might be able fill need for these "babies", but still are pricey at around $4,000.
Scott,
I supply consulting and energy efficient cooling systems for distilleries nationwide so if your clients need some consulting on the cooling/heating side equipment.
Give me a shout if you need anything on that end for your clients needing budgets on that end of the operations.

I have supplied cooling to TN distillers and have some systems that are compact and easily installed.
If you get in a bind on that end, I do have some small reconditioned systems available.

Hey, good to see you! I have been quoting some cooling systems in the NW US, W CAN and I'll look you up! We may gave some mutual clients.
Picture here is one of the high performance hybrid coolers I use on mash cooling and stills as well.
Just down the road NE of Atlanta.
I have cooling equipment spattered around TN and if you ever have cooling issues as you "grow", give me a call.
Good luck!

I don't know how many times I was stopped in the street in Hamburg by someone looking for a way to E'ville in the winter season- if it was snowing in Hamburg, I told them "Good Luck". Many were from "neighbors" across the Niagara. Then again, I used to get stopped by football fans looking for Rich Stadium on Saturdays looking for motels.
Good luck on your business and call me if you need anything on the equipment end.
Where are you in NY? I know a consultant up the Hudson that sets up breweries and distilleries- depends on what you need, timewise as he is setting up a chain of breweries right now.
