About Me
I work for a vineyard hoping to go into distilling. I have worked for a couple of breweries and the lallemand's yeast lab in montreal donig QC so I have a strong understanding of fermentation but relatively new to distilling. We plan to try and produce all our product on site and so next year will be starting to grow a lot of spices such as angelica root, woodworms, Orris root along with around 10 others... we will also build a drying cabane so I am currently designing it. We plan to produce herb liquors in the style of anisette and chartreuse... there is still a lot before we are ready to release our first product
