  1. This isn't a easy question to answer. It depends a lot on your process, the products you are making, and the amount of clean water you have going down the drain. Some examples of my monthly readings 8,200mg/L, 12,000mg/L, 7,600mg/L, Using the standard testing method 5210B. If you control what you If the farmer will take the added volume do a pre rinse before CIP and add it to the tank. I have some history working with the city and state public works, Water treatment facilitates, and the EPA. Send me an email or give me a call if you have some quick questions.
  2. I have had good luck with Goodyear high temp hoses. Normally the problem is not only the heat but also the pH from cleaning chemicals. Have a rep from International Belt and Rubber come in and take a look at how you are going to use the hose. use this link to access their website. http://www.intlbeltandrubber.com/ Ed ~ Stubborn Rabbit
  3. Todd, If you are looking for a cheep option I would recommend a silicone drum band heater. They make them for plastic. I have a 100 Gal HDPE and I am using one 200 WATT band on the lowest setting. It works great. I turn it on around day 3 until I hit my final gravity. This is an example from McMaster. http://www.mcmaster.com/#drum-band-heaters/=pe4duw Good Luck, Crazy Rabbit
  4. Can you please email me the spec sheet? What are you looking to get for the two? And are they located in Ipswich, MA? Ed@JackRabbitDistillery.com
  5. Most stationary shop compressors will give you the pressure and CFM your looking for. If you have a compressor regulated down to 100 PSI with 25 feet of 1/2" line with 2 - 3 90" you will have around 23 - 25 CFM. You can use the link that Denver posted to get an idea of the type of compressor you need. I would recommend shopping around. You can go larger and then use a regulator with flow control to adjust your pressure and flow.
