I run city water to my deflegmator and condenser - starting from the tap, to the defleg and condenser to the drain. What are thoughts on diverting the hot water off the defleg and condenser to my mash tuns to use the warm water in several days to make mash. The water runs through food grade pvc braided tubing, stainless (defleg and condenser) steel and back into the pvc braided tubing. Thoughts?
