Position: Gin Salesperson Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Summary: As a Gin Salesperson at La Bay Gin Distillery, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our artisanal gin products to the diverse Los Angeles and California market. You will be responsible for promoting our brand, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth through your dedication and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing distillery, with compensation based on a competitive commission structure. Responsibilities: • Develop a deep understanding of La Bay Gin's products, production process, and brand story to effectively communicate their unique qualities to potential customers. • Identify and target potential clients within the Los Angeles area, including restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and event venues. • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries. • Present product offerings, conduct tastings, and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the excellence of La Bay Gin. • Attend industry events, tastings, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and increase brand visibility. • Represent La Bay Gin Distillery with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, upholding the brand's reputation and values.   2. Hi everyone, I am the founder of a new, pre-launch Whiskey brand based out of Los Angeles. We're fairly organized, but not yet staffed fully, and working to complete our first round of fundraising. I'm not a distiller, so I'm hoping to learn more about the process, and maybe find an experienced pro or two who are intrigued by the idea of getting involved with a vertically integrated mass-market brand at its inception. If anyone is located in LA and has professional Whiskey distilling experience, I'd love to meet up and maybe buy you a drink (gin, I'd imagine...). Great to meet you all! Andrew
  3. Over the last two years, I’ve brought our concept to reality - - and we are a turnkey operation. To date, I (plus a few friends and family) have invested over $1M and 25 months of effort to create Los Angeles’ first combination distillery and brewery. Three others exist in the state (Bay Area and San Diego); all are successful. Currently, I’m seeking someone passionate about craft distilling / brewing who will help shape the business and brand. That person has to have unwavering perseverance, tenacity, and a level demeanor to interface with customers and accounts. We have already done the time consuming work of getting a physical location, legal authorization, and licensing (federal and state). We need help branding and bringing new products to market.
