  1. We're looking for a potato supplier -- preferably with the ability to shred/juice them also -- located in or near the Northern Utah area.
  2. Potato Vodka

Anyone care to share their pros and cons of using flakes versus real potatoes? Everything that I read states that potatoes are made up of so much water, that the flakes are the way to go. Being in Alaska, I also feel that storage and consistency is important. I would love to keep it Alaskan potatoes but unless some farmer starts offering flakes up here, it really just isn't feasible. Anyone have good recommendations for Potato Flake manufacturers? I would also like to use more Glacier Water and if the flakes are dried, then it give us the opportunity of using more of the glacier water.
  3. We are currently getting a small (30 gal) system up and running for testing purposes. We are actively securing investors here in Colombia (the country) for our potato vodka and potato gin distillery which will be above 10,000 ft. Due to the extreme altitude we are wanting someone with experience with high altitude distilling as well as experience with both vodka and gin using potatoes. We would like someone to assist with every part of the process from equipment selection, processes, testing, blending and possibly marketing. Trips to colombia (paid for of course) and all expenses also covered. Payment DOQ. Contact us if you are interested in being part of the highest altitude distillery in the world.
