The equipment was all purchased in 2019 for our satellite tasting room which has since been closed. To complete the system you would porbably want a 6"x2" reducer, 180 degree bend and parrot. 105 Gallon Jacketed Stainless Steel Still with 6” Copper Bubble Plate Column $13,500 This 105 gallon still is great for Bourbon, Whiskey, Brandy, Grappa, Rum and many others. It will distill between 130 and 185 proof. I ran Soybean oil but you can use any cooking oil or water can be ran in the jacket. We purchased this new in 2014, works great, but we need to move to something bigger. This is a great still, capable of operating as a pot still bypassing all columns, whiskey/brandy/rum through the 4 plate, gin through the gin basket, or vodka through the 16 plate column. Gauging interest in a 30 gallon version of our MK2 design, 6" copper bubble plated column, copper boiler top and machine turned finish on the skirt. to this point we've purposly stayed away from this size, as there are a number of companies out there covering it already. But we've had enough folks asking, we figured it was time to at least come up with a design. you would supply tour own agitation (air driven probably) and heat control putting initial costing at about 1/4 the price of the 150 gallon.
