  1. Up for sale is a brand-new, steam-jacketed 3 bbl turnkey distillery system, manufactured by ABE Equipment in Lincoln, NE. This equipment was delivered from the manufacturer in late June 2022 and has been stored in a climate-controlled garage since then. The equipment has never been installed, and every part that came packaged or wrapped is still in its original packaging and shipping wrap. The distillery this equipment was intended for hasn’t come to fruition, so this is a great opportunity to get some outstanding equipment that is truly even better than “like-new,” for less money and lot shorter wait time than ordering it from the manufacturer today. With a steam-jacketed system, you’re looking at lower utility costs versus electric-element heating, and much shorter warm-up times, so you'll save money and time. Here’s what’s included: 3 BBL mash skid system: 3 x 100-gallon poly fermenters 100-gallon steam-jacketed mash tun Mash rake and paddle Heat exchanger All hoses and fittings Electrical control box Transfer pump and hoses 50-gallon pot still with bypassable 6-plate column Labeler NEMA controller Various couplings, hose fittings, etc., to keep you going Here’s some info about the setup from ABE’s website: Brochure for the turnkey system Brochure for the mash skid Brochure for the the 50-gallon still List price: $45,000 I have .pdfs of the equipment specs that I’ll be happy to share, as well, and plenty more pics. Feel free to reach out with any questions, additional photo requests, etc. Thanks for looking!
  2. Stainless steel electric distillation system, w/ gin basket insert, complete setup. Used ~30 times. Won numerous awards with this system. All hardware, fittings, valves and gaskets included. Kettle: 200 L (53 G): Twin immersion elements (5500 W each), 6" main port (top) with 6" cleanout (all tri clamp), domed 6" to 4" reducer fitting Tower: 4 section tower, ea. w/ 3" sight glass; 4 perforated copper plates w/ down comers; dephlagmator; 2" head pipe; 2" shotgun condenser; parrot. Condenser has an adhesive strip of thermochromic indicator plastic applied for visually monitoring and optimizing cooling water efficiency during long runs. Controllers: Two-burner electric (240 V) controller box; plus temperature gauge microcontroller w/ proprietary temp alarm (wiring and electrical fittings included -- used to indicate boil up, or any target head temps) Additional: 12" riser section, 8" sight glass section, stainless gin basket insert. 40 feet of cooling water lines (supply and return), plus quick disconnect fittings (will need some cleaning), connecting hardware. Support: I'll also throw in 2+ hrs of consultation time to guide set up and operation as needed.

Extras: CIP ball 13 gallon stainless steel milk can boiler 4 inch triclamp lid for boiler to attach directly to the column without adapter 4 spare heating elements Explosion-proof mixer for large still pot (pneumatic) Extra clamps and gaskets for every size triclamp connections $14000 Selling due to family medical issues. located in Gainesville Fl
  4. We've got a small distillery in Central Texas, kicking the idea around of leasing out the distillery. The main building is approximately 1,500 sqft with a separate building built for a tasting room 640sqft that is unfinished. Nice 5 acre property with a small lake, rolling hills in the area. Lot's of Saturday, motorcycle/sports car traffic. Great set up for tastings, concerts, festivals etc. limitless potential. 60K college students 20 miles away and roughly over 7 million people within an hour and half radius. This would be for a 5 year triple net lease with a 20K - 25K deposit held in escrow. We would still retain our brands and develop new ones, just thinking about getting out of the operation end of things and focus more on sales and marketing. Permits are current and would have to be assigned or new ones applied. This is a turnkey small distillery, nothing fancy but 4 years of hard work already in place.
