Ballast Point Spirits Posted July 29, 2008 Share Posted July 29, 2008 Hello all, just wanted to introduce Ballast Point Spirits, an off-shoot of Ballast Point Brewing Company. We began brewing in 1996 and distilling this year. We are producing all malt whiskey and rum and intend on creating some other offerings down the road. Story of my life...always one step behind. Anyway, much congrats on the recent opening of the distillery! I've still got a significant way to go.
