I have little experience in distilling but am eager to learn and looking to work within the field in the near future. Relieved to have found ADI and welcome any insight members have to offer. If you haven't already, swing by Santa Fe Spirits and say hi. We've got no serious work to offer, but we've got a few thousand 50ml bottles that need filling. Or we could just chat over a drink.
