It's a 110 gallon modular pot still, made from 1/8" thick 304 stainless steel made in the USA. I bought it in hopes of making rare Essential Oils. That project has since passed and I am not doing anything with it. It would work well for your application? Also have a 110 gallon mash tank constructed from 304 stainless and two steel rolling carts, one for mash tank and one for still tank. Carts are constructed from heavy gauge mild steel to take the weight of the mash tank and the pot still. This is a topnotch well made piece of American made equipment.
