Thinking about getting out of the distillery business, the business is a startup that has not turned a profit therefore I cannot place a book value on the business. I’m open to listening to potential offers and deals. The following is a list of equipment, items are not for sale individually this would be a turnkey deal. 100 Gallon Still – Electric – 6 Column Two 55 Gallon stainless barrel tanks One 100 gallon mixing blending tank One 100 Gallon Holding Tank for Finished Product 4 Head Bottle Filler Semi-Automatic Bottle Labeler Heat Tunnel Pallet Jack RO System Various Shelf Racks and Stainless Tables Glass Inventory less than 100 cases various sizes Closures multiple boxes of 2,000 Custom run bottle capsules Approved COLAs and Formulas for other products Label Inventory for Various sizes Tool and Dies with Label Vendor License to use trademarks Federal License and Bonds are current State License is Current Existing Distribution Agreement Multi Acre property great for a destination venue – Total Square footage 2,100 sqft approximately including detached tasting room. Initial deal would be for the distillery assets, license rights on the existing brand/product line and long term triple net lease on the property. Possible partial owner financing.
