Monument Hill Posted September 10, 2016 Share Posted September 10, 2016 We are a new distillery opening in Houston, TX and will specialize in grain-to-glass including vodka, gin, rum, and whiskey. We are in search of a Head distiller with experience with hybrid stills and experience in recipe development. Candidates will be in charge of all distillery operations as well as production and management of the operations.
