For those in touch with Indiana laws, this permit allows for immediate application of the local artisan distillers permit - effectively bypassing the 3 year direct to consumer sales waiting period. I've been working with my local attorney and the ATC commissioner to confirm that the permit/LLC is transferable. Serious inquiries only.
