CalivoreSpirits
Does anyone know of any companies in California that offer de-labeling services? I have some filled bottles that I need to take labels off of to put new ones on. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had to do this before, any other advice is appreciated... HedgeBird
I know its not what your asking for, but just wanted to make sure you have already considered, and ruled out placing a new label over the old label as an option.
indyspirits
I've found soaking in TSP usually gets off even the most stubborn labels.

This is probably what we're going to opt to do. We're going to print small stickers just to put over the name on our label since we're keeping the art the same. RobertS
Hot TSP overnight and steel wool did it for us, the stubborn ones were still only about fifteen seconds a bottle.

I know for wine, if you want to label over, they have to approve a variance before you can do it. For example, you put the wrong label on the bottle and you don't want to remove it.
