Will not be doing call backs until closer to time of hire. Just putting this out there now. To be considered for the position you must have experience. About Distillery Located on 1000+ acre farm 15 minutes outside Louisville KY. Opening goal by end of 2018 summer Primary focus will be bourbon. Distilling alcohol for fuel(to be used on farm) possible, Vodka, Gin, and Brandy to also be made in extremely small batches. Farm currently grows own corn and wheat. Start-up and supporting capital coming from existing parent company. Operation won’t be consumed with debt Job Requirements Legal experience in distilling alcohol a must. Knowledge of milling, mash, fermenting, distilling, tasting, proofing, and bottling required.
