Welcome to ADI's Forum "For Sale by Vendor" Section.

We are delighted to have you here, as part of our vibrant community, where vendors can engage in selling specific items and services to craft distillers. ADI has been serving all levels, from novice enthusiasts to seasoned professionals, in the craft distilling industry since 2003. It's our pleasure to extend this platform to you. To make this experience enjoyable for everyone, we've set up some user-friendly guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Item-Specific Ads: To post an item-specific ad in this section, vendors must be current Title, Platinum, or Gold Sponsors.

2. Posting Requirements: All posts must include specific items or services for sale and their respective prices. We also encourage you to include quality photographs of the items you're selling.

3. Adding Images: You can add images to your posts in a few different ways:

• Upload images via the Gallery and then link them in the ad.
• If the image is hosted on another website, you can link to it by clicking on the green image box in the second row of the editor.
• You can also upload image thumbnails as attachments at the bottom of the page.

4. Moderator Review: Every new topic in this section will be sent to a moderator before posting. This ensures that the sponsorship level requirements are met and that prices for specific items are included.

5. Buying and Selling: The "For Sale" section is here for Individual Members and Vendors to sell and buy items from each other. We encourage buyers to ask questions and verify compliance with applicable laws and safety guidelines.

6. User Responsibility: We want to remind you that we don't make any warranties about the reliability, completeness, security, safety, and accuracy of the products posted or the information listed here. Any actions you take regarding items for sale on our Forum are at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any harm, whether in the law of contracts, the law of torts, or otherwise, resulting from:

• User-generated content
• User conduct, including illegal conduct
• Any losses and damages connected to the use of our website, including business losses, loss of income, reputation, or goodwill.
