Hi everyone - My name is Jen Blair and I am the new Executive Director of the North American Guild of Craft Maltsters. Our Guild's mission is to promote and sustain the tradition of craft malting, to provide services and resources to our members, and to uphold the highest quality and safety standards for craft maltsters. Several of our members are expanding their product line to include distillers malt and many already provide high quality craft malt to local distillers.

I look forward to learning more about the distilling process and the industry!
