Agitator motor is 240/460 3 phase motor. Column that attaches to top is 4" 6 plate with dephlegmator and 2" condenser with proofing parrot. The steam agitated boiler has the fastest most even heat up you can get. With the six plated 4 in column on a whiskey you can run a min of 5L/hr. If you wanted to make a neutral spirt your run time will be longer without making mods such as a column extention or copper mesh packing of some sort.
