I have been asked about the power.

Well, it was built with the intent of 1-phase. 6 x 4500 watts, it can be up graded to 6x5500watt elements. The control panel will handle just about anything.

But it can be made to be fitted with 3-phase elements.

take care.

food for thought... one of the oil bath stills we made for Skaalvenn distillery, was 160 cap. they can start distilling about 140-150 gallons in 2 hours (heat up time). they have 6x 4500watt elements

We can build any custom.

We Will have the CONTINUOUS STILL PICS SOON! Showing the unit we have for sale.

This unit will make vodka.

Run times.... That may friend is an open ended question. As we all know it would be relevant to volume, % of wash, stripped or un stripped, how much heat you would like to put to it (thats the big things), ECT......

Yes, this unit will make vodka, rum, whiskey, brandy, gin and all of the above.

It is really a great all-round unit. With a big 8" column and an insulated oil jacket, you can have a super nice unit.

Delivery and setup available.

Thanks for the question.

Sure, so a bit more specific: assuming it is charged with 200 gal of low- or high-wines in the range of 30 to 60 ABV (pick whichever one you think would be best choice for quality of vodka on this still). I could see the input heat would have a major affect on startup time, but once the still is producing, there would be a max rate that should be more limited by the column and desired separation, than the amount of power required? Key point is your combination of column, dephlegmator, and control likely provides best vodka at some nominal production rate and average proof over 190, and that is what I was after. Not an idle question, we are specifically considering a still for that purpose now.
