Quirk
Hey everyone, just wanted to throw this out there for any of you who aren't yet open, or maybe just want to read about someone else's journey towards building a distillery: http://cardinalspirits.com/spirit-trail/ I'm writing a paragraph or so every weekday about things I've learned so far. Hopefully it helps someone else out. Best, Adam

Dehner Distillery
A million dollars? Dam!! $80,000 a month is a lot to reach... good luck with that.
ebstauffer
Actually, in Indiana it's not that difficult to do. Indiana passed an Artisan Distiller law that allows distilleries to sell up to 10,000 proof gallons from their premises (duly separated from DSP of course) in either take-away or mixed drinks. It's not uncommon for those with Artisan permits to see a five-figure Friday or Saturday. Enough with the bad juju!
