If Genny beer is any indication MG lol...those genny screamers...that's an experience for sure.

But really, hemlock lake's mineral profile is quite accommodating to fermentation which is why it's so prized. Just a little sediment and carbon filter for the chlorine and you're good to go.

Ontario water on the other hand...yikes!
