In January of 2008 I decided it was time to jump into the "small craft distillery" world. With the help of family and good friends, Copper Run Distillery is no longer a dream, it is a reality. It is also a hell of a lot of work!!

I follow traditional methods of distilling; double distilling single batches in a direct fire copper pot still..

The great State of Missouri allows me to sample and sell my spirits to the public here at the "source".

Come sample our spirits and tour our unique distillery.

Our Privateer Rum is a heavy, dark rum, barrel aged in sherry casks.
Our Ozark Mountain Moonshine is an unaged, sour mash, corn whiskey.
"To be named" spirits are aging in Missouri oak barrels for now.
