Maceration time of different botanicals

Simple Man Distillery posted a topic in Absinthe (and other herbals)

Does anyone have a cheat sheet for various maceration times of typical botanicals in a herbal liqueur, digestif or apertivo? In my experience Cinnamon, clove need a week or so. Flowers need several weeks Citrus peels and roots fall somewhere in between. Taste is all relative, but curious to hear others' thoughts.

Oh wow. Happy tenth anniversary of your post. Did you macerate all your botanicals for the same amount of time? There can be strong and weak ones that may need variation, IMHO.
