Thanks. I was literally just reading about the ES-24.

We're currently running a 55 gallon pot still heated by a Kohler 7500KW residential shower steam generator (which has worked surprisingly well for 2 years). We're in the process of upgrading to a 175 gallon still (which we already have) and need to (obviously) upgrade to a larger steam generator. We have some constraints which we can't get around (due to limitations in our building, our fire dept., etc...): 1. It has to be electric 2. It has to draw 70 amps or less (208v, 3 phase) - Which, if my math is correct, limits us to 25KW. Does anyone have any experience using an electric generator that meets these requirements? What brands would you guys recommend? Thanks.
