  1. I'm finishing up my business plan and having a major problem finding comps to defend my valuation. Everything I find is publicly traded and either too good or too bad to appear realistic. Any ideas on how to properly valuate my business and any leads on some comps I can include for my investors?
  2. I'm an ex-sales wine and liquor salesperson currently building a distillery in Atlanta. In the current state of so many distilleries coming on line, how difficult is it going to be for me to find a master distiller? How's the talent pool looking out there. I'm budgeting in some dollars for me to go and take the classes, but I'll be completely devoid of experience, plus I want to spend my time on marketing and brand management. What's it looking like out there and what should I budget to pay someone? Andrew Norman WIndsor Street Distillery
  3. Good advice. Thanks Tom. You have anyone you like in particular?
  4. Hey guys: Anyone have a strong recommendation for who to use for corrugated cardboard, printed boxes for 750, 1.0 and 1.75 L? Looking for some quotes. Andrew
  5. Can anyone explain why the tremendous variance in new toasted 53 gallon barrels. I'm seeing everything from $195 to $595 for seemingly the same product. Makes me think there's a quality difference, but its all new American Oak. What should I should be looking for here?
