  1. If my post violates rules, feel free to delete. I elected to post this here because the distiller.com site is very US centric, and I just don't think that a Canadian job will be seen there. We are a young distillery in SW Ontario, and are seeking to add to our team. We are seeking Production/Distillate development leadership--mid to Sr. Level. Note: we are not planning a distillery. We are open. This role will work directly with the Sr. Leadership team to develop and execute on product roadmap and development production forecasting and execution. The role will also be responsible for the day to day leadership of the production, warehousing and distribution team. Clearly the above is not exhaustive--but if you're read this far and you're interested, send me a PM here.
  2. We have worked with them to validate our business plan, and shape our ditstro model. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Scott and his team and would recommend them to anyone. Be specific about your needs is my best advice about dealing with any consultant.
  3. I realize this post is quite old, but I have a similar question. How would gin production apply? If the base spirit is made in Canada, but some of the botanicals used for infusion are from abroad, how is this treated?
  4. Looking for a few high quality barrels of whisky with a bourbon style mash. Preferably 70% white corn, winter wheat approx 20% and barley 10% (approx). No rye please. Must be aged 4 yrs minimum. Must be able to send sample. To be shipped to Canada. Pls contact me if you have something that will suit.
