Windy - I am exploring options for a future move. My first thought was to run it off of a low pressure steam boiler.

What are the power requirements of this "device"?

Is it normally possible to convert an electric-fired jacketed baine marie mash tun or still to low pressure steam? If so, any special considerations?....Thanks for your feedback!

Who is making vodka in the US with this still? Is it being accomplished in one run, or stripped once before the spirit run? At what ABV?

I have some excess high performance Saddle Rings professionally designed for distillation applications. These rings are designed for random packing and have higher capacity and efficiency than comparably sized pall rings. They are made of 304 Stainless Steel and are 17.5 mm in size. This ring design is the equivalent to the IMTP Rings. I have several gallons for packing a column. Price is $80 per gallon, plus shipping.
