Newbie question...... Looking for advice on using a gin basket to do a fruit infusion. Is this done? Is it worth doing to add a flavor to a spirits? Thanks for the advice.
I am the Associate Distiller at Daufuskie Island Rum Company. We have 11 products out right now with more coming next year. I have only been in the industry for about 2 years now and am still learning and growing in my own knowledge of distilling.
