We stumbled into a great little distillery in Mexico. It is in the town of Boca de Tomatlan. You can find them on facebook, Los 2 Compadres... They make a sour mash corn whiskey, using local corn. A great place to stay in this little town was La Pasado Pacifica. What a great trip!
