Thanks for your inquire about the Jacob Carl 10 liter still. This still has been in service since 2004. It is a small scale recipe still. It has a water bath system that can use a separate boiler or it has its own electric heating element to produce its own steam. First run take around 90 minutes depending on temp. The column has 4 plates. As you can see by the attached pictures all its features are the same as a full scale version. I am located in the SF Bay Area.
