  1. Dave, I sent the info on your personal email. SANTÉ!
  2. Stock 750ml round with CT finish (28/350) You can hand-cap the bottle with proper closures. Minimum order 1 pallet (84 cases of 12) Glass manufactured in the US. Call for quote!
  3. With Spring at our door!... Maybe some of you are working on a “cooler” type project (I know many of you do some co-packing) “Cooler” type bottle 750ml flint. (ref. ON002) 28 mm ROPP finish Bottle available fast from stock! 1288 bottles per pallet No wave marks or blisters in glass, the bottle is manufactured in Germany. Price per bottle under .60¢ FOB Montreal
  4. I’m also looking for some courses but in Canada…we have 0 craft distillers in Quebec! Any recommendations for Ontario maybe?
  5. Well the price bulk is around 1$ per bottle for a 1 pallet purchase…discount price on volume order. I’ve attached the pictures of both bottles. Cheers!
  6. I can send you a list of screen printing companies if you need one… Its true its a bit more expensive to go with ACL but!... You could do a one color print for your logo and add the additional information on a tag label around the neck of the bottle. Like this…just an idea!
  7. …There are very few players in North America for private moulds!...especially in small runs. Our minimum run for a private mould is 30,000 units (that’s a container of 20 pallets) Cost of mould 15,000$ US all in!...onetime fee. Average cost per bottle for a 550gr. would play around +- 1$ FOB east coast. The glass is manufactured in South America or Europe so we’re speaking of a reliable source, good quality and good working conditions.
  8. If you have a spec of the finish and/or bottle + quantities needed I can check!
  9. …aaaah good point! Maybe a few suggestions to help! Maybe go with a corrugated (full height) divider this will help avoid the crushing a little bit… Also if there’s a lot of travelling involved maybe ask the supplier or manufacturer to "shield" the pallets with some cardboard. We basically take the tier sheets we get from our bulk bottles and used them to wrap around the pallets of pre-packed glass on long distances. Normally glass suppliers have a bunch of these tier sheets.
  10. No! It’s a custom made bottle inspired by different recommendations from distillers. …most of them are on this site! BTW the interior opening of our bottles will be 17.5mm
  11. …I imagine Vitro is already doing this but... Ask them to pack the bottles neck down in the cases so when you get them you only need to flip box over and get 12 bottles standing-up right away (save time and energy) That’s the way we do it! Ps. Post the pictures of your box once you get them!
  12. Because there’s a limit to spend on quality and a limit to spend on excess “Glass weight” you don’t need… UPB is coming out with two new moulds for 2009 (Availability beginning January) The “Cartier” 750ml, 650g bartop flint And The “Joliette” 750ml, 500g bartop flint Both bottles have a thick layer of glass at the bottom. Quality of glass is define as “high quality” Minimum order will be 1 pallet (roughly 1904 bottles) …or 84 cases pre-packed Glass will be Ex-works Montreal for small orders. Deco (ACL, serigraphy) will be available by the pallet. SANTÉ!
