We're interested to know of any and all permit holders in the US who are operating a distillery and brewery (or winery) via alternation of premises paperwork.

I looked into using a brewpub mash/kettle as a wash still-- technically it's easy to convert the useage but TTB licensing was a big obstacle. But if you just want to buy a used kettle and convert it to a still it would be quite easy. Just make sure the manway is gasketed and closed properly to avoid leaks and convert the steam vent to a condensing column. And add an appropriate pressure and vacuum relief valve on top.
