    mash residue

to pete b Dont plan on disturbing wild life balance, but i am a hunter and am using it as bait. I doubt that they would suffer from any liver disease during my short distilling season

    mash residue

This is kind of an oddball question, but after my mash is ready to distill and the corn is screened out can you feed it to wildlife? And does it have any nutritional value?

    airlocks

Fairly new to "shining" and read some info that suggests that you use airtight mash containers, withvapor locks to ferment the mash. Says that as the yeast uses up the oxygen, the yeast produces more alcolol and carbon dioxide,(which is vented thru the airlock), any suggestions?

    doubler

Just started last summer with a fairly large (homemade)copper still, just doing single runs. This next season I plan on using a doubler between the still and the worm using mash made as same as the main run in the still. My question is; should I heat the mash in the doubler,( I have the capability ), or leave it at ambient temperture?
