I have read through the letter of the law and I'm not sure about the answer to this: Can a class D distillery sell directly to a bar or restaurant? In other words, can a sales representative walk into a bar with a case of liquor and sell to the owner? Or must the bar owner travel to the distillery to purchase? Thank you
