FULL TIME Sales Manager for Nauti Spirits Coastal Farm Distillery Great ground floor opportunity with state of the art Cape May farm distillery. Nauti Spirits is in search of a sales person looking to contribute and grow with the company over the long term. The successful applicant will join an exciting and positive team, with a great working environment.The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated, mature and a well-rounded sales professional with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will work with a diverse and committed team and have excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong focus on sales and marketing in the craft beverage industry. This position requires the ability to establish and foster client relationships, prioritize workloads, provide timely responses and close sales. Competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary and commissions. Responsibilities: Establish, build and foster client relationships Field incoming requests for sales as well as proactively search out new sales opportunities. Provide customer advice, information and quotations. Selling direct to retail resellers (liquor stores, hotels, restaurants, bars) Collaborate on marketing collateral, branding, advertising strategies, tradeshow Ability to manage current and future part- to full-time sales associates Must be able to use car for sales travel (compensation available) Primary geographic focus will be within 50-miles of Cape May Some weekend work will be required Qualifications: Previous successful sales experience required Must be comfortable entering online sales and customer data on a daily basis Prior experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software a plus Familiarity with google drive, Google office suite a plus Experience in a sales sector related to brewing, distilling, craft beverage, food and related industry prefered. Brewing and distilling knowledge very beneficial. Must be comfortable in conducting demonstrations and pourings Must be able to initiate new customer relationships and work well with existing customers Must be at least 21 years of age Must submit to and pass NJ ABC background/fingerprint check Key Capabilities and Competencies: Will work closely and need to build strong working relationships with the production staff and owner as they’ll be able to provide you with market advice and guidance. Top notch face to face, telephone, email communications and relationship building. Excellent planning, organizing, critical thinking and problem solving. An overriding desire to close. I am in the planning stage for a Distillery to be located either in Eastern PA or Western NJ. What has been your experience, given the choice between the two states, where would it be more practical to establish and grow, in NJ or in PA? Thank you for your help.
