    Grape Juice, Must, or Pomace sources

    I am working on a recipe and I am looking for sources for grape juice either frozen, concentrated, or fresh, grape must, and even pomace (cake) would be considered. I only need them in 5 gallon (or about 50lbs) at a time at the moment. Thanks Scott

    Oxidation of sweet/oily add-ins to spirit

    Has anyone added juice or brewed coffee into their spirit as a natural flavoring? We are tossing some ideas to collaborate with local craft people, but my biggest concern is the oxidation of the additives. Does the alcohol basically suspend and preserve the juice/coffee/oil,sweet substance, or have you found there is quick degradation of quality?

    Fermenting grappa

    Does anyone have any experience in fermenting pomace for grappa production? I'm interested in how long you fermented, and which yeast strain you used. Any help would be appreciated.
