Welcome to the American Distilling Institute (ADI) Forums
The team at ADI is excited to have you here. Our goal is to create a vibrant and supportive community for all members. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we've put together some guidelines for using the Forum. Please take a moment to read through them.
1. User-Generated Content: The content you see on the Forum is created by our members. It represents their perspectives and opinions.
2. Purpose of the Forum: The Forum is a space for members to share and discuss ideas related to distilling with each other. It's all about fostering a sense of community and learning from one another. Have fun, be helpful, be kind.
3. What Not to Do: Refrain from posting or linking to any content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spammy, political, likely to offend, contains personal information of others, risks copyright issues, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise breaks our community standards.
4. Vendor Reviews: ADI members are welcome to post vendor reviews, provided they've used the vendor's services. Vendors can respond to these reviews, but remember that you are solely responsible for the legality of the content you post. ADI, as a publisher of third-party content, is not responsible for the content in reviews or responses. We encourage civil, truthful, and unbiased opinions.
5. Content Removal: We may remove content without explanation at our discretion. Requests for content removal will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to take action against any account on the Forum.
6. Protecting Personal Information: It's important to respect the privacy of other members. Do not collect or use their personal information for marketing or other purposes. Sharing other members’ personal information with third parties for marketing is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate your access if this occurs.
7. Your Content: When you share content on the Forum, you're giving us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or republish it in connection with the Forum. You still retain the copyright to your content.
8. Violations and Consequences: Violating these Terms of Use may lead to the suspension of your service. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban from the Forum.
