We are seeking individuals who can either consult or work for us to purchase all equipment necessary to distill the spirits that we want to make. Ideally, this individual should have a few years of experience managing or working at a distillery and have broad knowledge of the many components involved in a distillation process. If you don't want to purchase equipment from me after I advise you that is no problem. I can even do it on here if you like. First I have some questions that will help me suggest the correct equipment for your needs. Please answer the questions with as much detail as possible. What spirits will you be making? What inputs will you be using to make your spirits, such as grains, fruits, etc? How many 750mL bottles do you want to produce per month? Thank you.
