Does anyone have experience setting up a small still in an existing brewery? 

Guess I should be more specific. Regarding the permits coexisting in the same building, moving wash from the brewery side to the distilling side, stuff lik e that. I know ultimately consult with legal counsel, but if anyone has a quick synopsis of this type of setup. Thanks!

Hi @Steve Robello, I set up a brewstillery in Arizona and know all the legal ins and out of the paperwork to get licensed as well as the reporting for both the brewery and distillery side.
