We have the following award winning spirits available for purchase. All spirits listed have been produced by me on a 60 gallon pot still.

All barrels have been aged in house.  All the barrels came from a Black Swan Cooperage. They are a mix of 23 gallon honeycomb and BS standard barrels with a #3 char.

Bourbon and Rye barrels were filled at 120 proof.

Product will be shipped at barrel proof.

Tanks and shipping will be calculated at time of shipping.

 All pricing is spirit sold without barrels. Barrels can be shipped for an additional cost.

Aged Corn Whiskey – 80% Corn, 10% Wheat, and 10% Malted Barley. Aged in single use bourbon barrels filled at 100 proof.
