I am making available a portfolio of spirits brands with 14,000+ cases produced/sold to distributors in 2018, over $800k in revenue, key accounts in place such as ABC, Binny's, BevMo, Marriot, Total and Whole Foods. The brands are in distribution through, Southern Glazer's, RNDC, Breakthru and Young's and have a track record of growth with solid margins. 

The first brand is well established in the farm to table trade with a culinary range of organic liqueurs and a organic vodka which have been available since 2009. There are line extensions in new flavors available which align with market demand ready to launch in 2019. Given the market and consumer desire for ingredient integrity this offering is considered to be a favored item for the on trade or at home occasion. If you're not an organic distillery, I will work with you to become one. There is a well established distillery in place who have been producing since creation.

The second brand is primarily a bourbon cream established in 2015 and have done one line whiskey based extension with another becoming available in 2019. With limited availability of good bourbon cream offerings in consistent supply this brand is well poised for a large national account distribution in 2019 which the pipeline is being created now. Further, the line extension for 2019 is perfectly aligned with consumer category demand and limited offerings.

With the excise tax benefits for domestic producers this will be a vibrant addition.
