Thoughts from everyone on process management vendors

Hey everyone, I am in the start-up phase of opening a small craft distillery up in central New Hampshire and have a few questions. Generally speaking I am a very hands on, do it yourself, kind of guy and have managed to do most of the business start up myself sofar. We are about a month out from getting our still setup and be rocking and rolling..... this is where my question comes in. I have never owned or managed a business before and dont have any background in recording or reporting before. I also know that once I am up and running time is going to be very important to me. I am looking for everyone's advice on if you guys are using an outside vendor to help manage and track your sales and expenses as well as help prepare your monthly Federal and state reports? I feel that this may be worth while for me right up front to help alleviate some stresses, however, having never been through this before is it something that I could handle easy enough?..... I know that's a lot to pose in a first question, I hope you all can help me....

Get Whiskey Systems to handle your reporting.  I must say having over 40 years of self employed business experience you are definitely entering one of the most complex entrepreneurial quest one could ever venture into. I wish you good fortunes........
