I am sourcing some 20-40bbl fermentors, is anything that big going to have an agitator built in? Or should I just have somebody weld/attach one to the fermentor I like best? I would stay away from agitators with Chinese or European motors as they will not pass inspection, in many situations. We supply a huge reference list and we have showroom distilleries that you can visit to see our equipment in operation.
